Hi Caroline, I haven't made the birds myself, these were designed and made by Nissie, from Deadcraft. I think she sells patterns in her Artfire shop, but I haven't checked. She's also active on Facebook. Hope that helps! Caroline.

Hi Harriet, thanks for dropping in.

I’m having great fun making the dolls in different colours – they all seem to have their own personality and the kids at Craft Club love them!

I’m demonstrating for the Hobbycraft Artisan Project that weekend, but I am free on Saturday 16th June. Would you like to ask your Mum to join us? It would be great to help 2 generations and it’s so important to keep crafts alive.

Either way, you and your friend are very welcome to join me on that date. I’ll email you more details.

Hi Caroline
Loving those funky crocheted dolls and was wondering if I could book a crochet class on either the 15th June in the afternoon or ideally 16th Saturday morning.
I have dragged my friend along too and she knows even less than me about how to crochet but we really want to learn. My mum used to do it but says she has forgotten how to do it now so I am going to ask you instead. I tried learningn from a book but I just ended up with a woolly mess.

Hi Jo, I teach crochet and basic knitting in the Preston area. If there are a few people I can book a room, but I have arrangements with some local coffee shops who allow me to book a table. Times are flexible, and I’ll drop you an email to arrange something. As for the sewing, I know enough to get by, but I’m afraid I don’t know anyone personally who could teach. Perhaps Preston College have something?

I am very interested in learning how to crochet and knit when are your next couple of group sessions?? Also do you teach people how to use a sewing machine my friend and myself are very keen to learn this too? if not could you point us in the direction of anywhere that we could??
